The practical details behind every quote and every project — pricing, files, payment, and how your renders can be used and shared.
Pricing & Amendments
Fixed price package includes two sets of amendments and up to four images per room. Additional amendments or images may incur additional cost. Specialised Virtual Tour and Virtual Reality software may also incur additional cost.
All pricing is for trade only and is subject to change. Pricing may need to be negotiated for more complex projects. Visualise New Zealand is not currently required to register for or to pay GST, pricing may change as and when this is a requirement. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date specified on the quote.
Supplying Your Own Files
Please note that if you are supplying a 3D model, that the quality of the model has a direct impact on the quality of the photo-realistic render and some CAD software is not compatible with the software that we use, or may incur additional cost.
Invoicing & Payment
Invoices are generated on completion of a single job or monthly for larger ongoing projects. Payment is due on completion of the work quoted by Visualise New Zealand and within 7 days of invoice date please, unless alternative arrangements have been made. Full payment is required before the 3D visualisations can be used, shared or published.
Conceptual Designs & Approvals
Our 3D visualisations are conceptual designs only and may differ from the final building construction. Please ensure that your clients & stakeholders are aware of this. Approval must be obtained from all relevant stakeholders (including any intellectual property holders) prior to any use or publication of the 3D visualisations. Visualise New Zealand is not responsible for obtaining the approval from relevant stakeholders or intellectual property holders. Visualise New Zealand reserves the right to publish any and all completed 3D visuals online, for marketing purposes (or any other reason), unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Intellectual Property & Credit
The renders created by Visualise New Zealand remain the intellectual property of Visualise New Zealand. Trade clients (including their suppliers and clients) are welcome to share these renders on social media or other digital platforms, provided that @visualisenz is tagged or credited in the post or caption. Likewise when Visualise New Zealand shares renders featuring client's design or project, we will tag or credit the client's business to acknowledge their intellectual property.
